Biography of Othmar Schoeck

Othmar Schoeck (* 1. September 1886 in Brunnen; † 8. March 1957 in Zurich) was a schweizer Komponist und Dirigent. He was 70 years old. His education included University of Music and Theatre Leipzig and Zurich University of the Arts. He was awarded the Commander's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany. He was buried at Cemetery Manegg.
