Biography of Patrick Dean

Patrick Dean (* 16. March 1909 in Berlin; † 5. November 1994 in Kingston upon Thames) was a britischer Diplomat und Verwaltungsbeamter. He was 85 years old. His education included Rugby School and Gonville and Caius College. He worked at Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and Foreign Office.
