Paula Pitha-Rowe (* 7. November 1937 in Prague; † 5. March 2015 in Baltimore) was an oncologist and geneticist. She was 77 years old. She studied at Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences. She worked at Johns Hopkins University. She was awarded the Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
