Piotr Popkow (* 23. January 1903 in Kaliteyevo; † 1. October 1950 in Saint Petersburg) was a soviet politician. He was 47 years old. His awards include Order of Lenin, Order of the Patriotic War, 1st class and Medal "For the Defence of Leningrad". He was buried at Levashovo Memorial Cemetery.
