Poul Andersen (* 12. June 1888 in Mesinge; † 6. June 1977 in Rungsted) was a danish professor in administrative law. He was 88 years old. He studied at Odense Katedralskole. He worked at University of Copenhagen and Ministry of Interior. He received 6 awards, including Knight of the Order of the Dannebrog, Decoration of the Cross of Honour of the Dannebrog.
