Biography of Prabodh Chandra Bagchi

Prabodh Chandra Bagchi (* 18. November 1898 in Jashore District; † 19. January 1956 in Santiniketan) was an indischer Indologe, Linguist und Sinologe. He was 57 years old. His education included University of Paris and Krishnagar Government College. He worked at University of Calcutta, Peking University and Visva-Bharati University. His faith was Hinduism.
