Quincy Porter (* 7. February 1897 in New Haven; † 12. November 1966 in Bethany) was an uS-amerikanischer Komponist und Professor. He was 69 years old. His education included Schola Cantorum de Paris, Vassar College and Yale University. He worked at Yale University, Vassar College, New England Conservatory and Cleveland Institute of Music. His awards include Guggenheim Fellowship and Pulitzer Prize for Music.
