Biography of Rachel Wischnitzer

Rachel Wischnitzer (* 14. April 1885 in Minsk; † 20. November 1989 in Manhattan) was a jüdische Kunsthistorikerin. She was 104 years old. She was married to Mark Wischnitzer. Her education included Special School of Architecture and Heidelberg University. She worked at Yeshiva University. She was awarded the Women's Caucus for Art Lifetime Achievement Award.
