Rafael Peralta (* 7. April 1979 in Mexico City; † 15. November 2004 in Fallujah) was an united States Marine recommended for the Medal of Honor for his actions in Iraq. He was 25 years old. His education included Morse High School, Southwestern College and San Diego City College. His awards include Purple Heart and Navy Cross. He was buried at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery.
