Biography of Ramamurti Rajaraman

Ramamurti Rajaraman (* 11. March 1939 in Coimbatore; † 12. July 2025) was an indischer Physiker. He was 86 years old. His education included Cornell University and University of Delhi. He worked at Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru, Jawaharlal Nehru University, University of Delhi, Institute for Advanced Study and Tata Institute of Fundamental Research. His awards include Shanti Swarup Bhatnagar Prize for Science and Technology and Leo Szilard Lectureship Award.
