Biography of Raphaël Salem

Raphaël Salem (* 7. November 1898 in Thessaloniki; † 20. June 1963 in Paris) was a französischer Mathematiker. He was 64 years old. He was married to Adriana Salem. He had at least 1 child (1 son). His education included Lycée Condorcet, University of Paris and École Centrale Paris. He worked at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, University of Paris, Paribas, French Armed Forces and University of Caen Normandy. He was awarded the Guggenheim Fellowship. He was buried at Varengeville-Sur-Mer Churchyard.
