Rasmus Nielsen (* 4. July 1809 in Roerslev Parish; † 30. September 1884 in Copenhagen) was a danish philosopher. He was 75 years old. His education included University of Copenhagen and Viborg Katedralskole. He worked at University of Copenhagen. His awards include Knight of the Order of the Dannebrog, Decoration of the Cross of Honour of the Dannebrog and commander of the Order of the Dannebrog. He was buried at Garnison Cemetery.
