Biography of René Huyghe

René Huyghe (* 3. May 1906 in Arras; † 5. February 1997 in Paris) was a französischer Kunsthistoriker. He was 90 years old. His education included University of Paris, École du Louvre and Lycée Michelet, Vanves. He worked at Collège de France and Louvre Museum. He received 6 awards, including Grand Officer of the Legion of Honour, Grand Cross of the National Order of Merit.
