Biography of Rhee Syng-man

Rhee Syng-man (* 26. March 1875 in Haeju; † 19. July 1965 in Honolulu) was an erster Präsident Südkoreas. He was 90 years old. He was married to Park Seung-seon and Franziska Donner. His education included George Washington University, Harvard University and Princeton University. His faith was Methodism. He received 5 awards, including Grand Order of Mugunghwa, Order of Merit for National Foundation. His cause of death was stroke. He was buried at Seoul National Cemetery.
