Biography of Richard Alvin Neilson

Richard Alvin Neilson (* 9. July 1937; † 6. June 1997) was a britischer Botschafter. He was 59 years old. He studied at University of Leeds. He worked at Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and University of Edinburgh. His awards include Companion of the Order of St Michael and St George, Lieutenant of the Royal Victorian Order and Fulbright Scholarship.
