Biography of Richard Goldschmidt

Richard Goldschmidt (* 12. April 1878 in Frankfurt; † 24. April 1958 in Berkeley) was a deutscher Biologe und Genetiker. He was 80 years old. His education included Heidelberg University and Goethe-Gymnasium. He worked at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and University of California, Berkeley. His faith was Judaism. He received 4 awards, including Guggenheim Fellowship, honorary doctor of the University of Madrid Complutense.
