Biography of Richard M. Scott

Richard M. Scott (* 28. April 1918 in Lancaster; † 2. January 2005 in Reading) was an american mayor. He was 86 years old. His education included United States Military Academy, University of New Mexico, Elliott School of International Affairs, National War College, Joint Forces Staff College, Air Command and Staff College and United States Army War College. He was buried at West Point Cemetery.
