Biography of Richard Olshen

Richard Olshen (* 17. May 1942 in Portland; † 8. November 2023) was an american statistician. He was 81 years old. His education included Yale University and University of California, Berkeley. He worked at University of Michigan, Yale University, Stanford University and University of California, San Diego. His awards include Fellow of the American Statistical Association, Guggenheim Fellowship and Fellow of the Institute of Mathematical Statistics.
