Rihards Glāzups (* 20. May 1920 in Riga; † 19. May 1993 in Riga) was a soviet conductor and composer. He was 72 years old. He studied at Jāzeps Vītols Latvian Academy of Music. He received 4 awards, including People's Artist of the USSR, Order of the Badge of Honour. He was buried at Forest Cemetery.
