Robert Badinter (* March 30, 1928 in 16th arrondissement of Paris; † February 9, 2024 in 6th arrondissement of Paris) was a french lawyer, politician and author. He was 95 years old. He was married to Élisabeth Badinter and Anne Vernon. His education included Paris Law Faculty, Faculty of Arts of Paris, Lycée Janson-de-Sailly, school Vaugelas and Columbia University. He received 9 awards, including Order of Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk, 1st class, Honorary doctor of the University of Zagreb. He was buried at Panthéon.
