Robert Conquest (* 15. July 1917 in Malvern; † 3. August 2015 in Palo Alto) was a british historian and poet. He was 98 years old. His education included Magdalen College, Winchester College, Joseph Fourier University, University College London and UCL School of Slavonic and East European Studies. He received 10 awards, including Michael Braude Award for Light Verse, Jefferson Lecture. His cause of death was pneumonia.
