Robert Duncan Bell (* 18. May 1878 in Edinburgh; † 24. May 1953) was an acting governor of Bombay during the British Raj in 1937. He was 75 years old. His education included George Heriot's School, University of Edinburgh and Trinity College. His awards include Knight Commander of the Order of the Star of India, Companion of the Order of the Star of India and Companion of the Order of the Indian Empire.
