Biography of Robert Minard Garrels

Robert Minard Garrels (* 24. August 1916 in Detroit; † 8. March 1988 in St. Petersburg) was an uS-amerikanischer Geochemiker und Geologe. He was 71 years old. His education included University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts and Northwestern University. He worked at Harvard University, United States Geological Survey, University of Hawaiʻi System and University of South Florida. He received 6 awards, including Roebling Medal, Arthur L. Day Medal.
