Biography of Robert Wisner

Robert Wisner (* 18. January 1925; † 29. October 2015) was a ph.D. University of Washington 1953. He was 90 years old. His education included University of Washington, Hannibal High School, University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign and Millikin University. He worked at New Mexico State University, Haverford College, University of British Columbia and University of Washington.
