Biography of Roger Revelle

Roger Revelle (* 7. March 1909 in Seattle; † 15. July 1991 in San Diego) was an uS-amerikanischer Ozeanograph und Klimatologe. He was 82 years old. His education included University of California, Berkeley and Pomona College. He worked at University of California, San Diego and Scripps Institution of Oceanography. He received 8 awards, including Tyler Prize for Environmental Achievement, Balzan Prize.
