Biography of Roman Prokopyevich Roogin

Roman Prokopyevich Roogin (* 31. January 1939 in Shuryshkarsky District; † 10. September 2016 in Salekhard) was a russian writer. He was 77 years old. His education included Herzen University and Higher Party School at the Central Committee of the CPSU. His awards include Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", 2nd class without swords and Merited worker of culture of the Russian Federation.
