Biography of Rózsa Péter

Rózsa Péter (* 17. February 1905 in Budapest; † 16. February 1977 in Budapest) was an ungarische Mathematikerin. She was 71 years old. She studied at Eötvös Loránd University. She worked at Eötvös Loránd University and Budapesti Tanítóképző Főiskola. Her awards include Kossuth Prize, State Award of the People's Republic of Hungary and Manó Beke Prize. She was buried at Farkasréti Cemetery.
