Biography of Rudolf Heidenhain

Rudolf Heidenhain (* 29. January 1834 in Kwidzyn; † 13. October 1897 in Wrocław) was a deutscher Physiologe und Hochschullehrer. He was 63 years old. He had at least 3 children (3 sons). His education included University of Königsberg, Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, Frederick William University Berlin and 17 Słowiańska Street in Kwidzyn. He worked at Frederick William University Berlin, Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg and University of Wrocław. He received 4 awards, including Order of the Red Eagle 2nd Class, Cothenius Medal. His cause of death was duodenal ulcer.
