Biography of Rudolf Janus

Rudolf Janus (* 27. March 1903 in Krestetsky Uyezd; † 31. January 1966 in Yekaterinburg) was a russian physicist of Estonian origin. He was 62 years old. He studied at Tver State University. He worked at Ural State University and Institute of Metal Physics. He received 4 awards, including Medal "For Valiant Labour in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945", Order of Lenin. He was buried at Shirokorechenskoe Cemetery.
