Biography of Rudolf Kochendörffer

Rudolf Kochendörffer (* 21. November 1911 in Pankow; † 23. August 1980 in Dortmund) was a deutscher Mathematiker. He was 68 years old. He studied at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. He worked at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, University of Greifswald, Technical University of Dortmund and University of Rostock. His awards include National Prize of East Germany and Patriotic Order of Merit in Bronze.
