Biography of Rudolph von Heimann

Rudolph von Heimann (* 23. May 1802 in Vilnius; † 9. June 1865 in Moscow) was an active State Councillor, Professor of chemistry, MD. He was 63 years old. He studied at Imperial University of Vilna. He worked at Moscow Medical and Surgical Academy and Lomonosov Moscow State University. His awards include Order of Saint Anna, 2nd class, Order of Saint Anna, 3rd class and Order of Saint Stanislaus, 2nd class. He was buried at Vvedenskoye Cemetery.
