Ruslan Polovinko (* 21. October 1969 in Zmiiv; † 6. August 1992 in Aghdara) was an aserbaidschanischer Offizier und Nationalheld. He was 22 years old. He studied at Syzran Higher Military Aviation School. He was awarded the National Hero of Azerbaijan.
