Biography of Saburō Matsumoto

Saburō Matsumoto (* 4. October 1931; † 5. March 2009 in Bunkyō-ku) was a japanese political scientist. He was 77 years old. His education included Keio University and University of Tokyo. He worked at National Defense Academy of Japan. He was awarded the Order of the Sacred Treasure, 2nd Class.
