Biography of Sahar Taha

Sahar Taha (* 1. January 1957 in Baghdad; † 17. August 2018 in Michigan) was a singer and composer. She was 61 years old. Her education included University of Baghdad and Conservatoire Libanais. She worked at Al-Mustaqbal, Future Television and Arab Radio and Television Network. Her awards include درع نادي الشقيف, وسام المجلس الثقافي اللبناني and الدكتوراه الفخرية من جامعة الحضارة الإسلامية المفتوحة. Her cause of death was cancer. She was buried at Beirut.
