Biography of Şahmar Səfərov

Şahmar Səfərov (* 1. September 1997 in Yevlakh District; † 27. September 2020 in Shusha District) was a military personnel. He was 23 years old. His awards include medal "For the Homeland", For Distinction in Battle Medal and For the Liberation of Kalbajar Medal.
