Biography of Saigō Tsugumichi

Saigō Tsugumichi (* 1. June 1843 in Kajiya-chō; † 18. July 1902 in Meguro) was a japanischer Politiker und Armeeoffizier. He was 59 years old. He had at least 3 children (3 sons). He received 4 awards, including Grand Officer of the Legion of Honour, Order of the Rising Sun, 1st class. His cause of death was stomach cancer. He was buried at Tama Cemetery.
