Sammy Lee (* 1. August 1920 in Fresno; † 2. December 2016 in Newport Beach) was an american diver and physician. He was 96 years old. His education included Occidental College, Keck School of Medicine of USC and Franklin High School. He was awarded the James E. Sullivan Award. His cause of death was pneumonia. He was buried at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery.
