Samvel Grigoryan (* 18. March 1930 in Vəngli; † 11. April 2015 in Noginsk) was a soviet scientist. He was 85 years old. He studied at MSU Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics. He worked at Lomonosov Moscow State University, Institute of mechanics (MSU), Peking University and Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. He received 9 awards, including Medal "Veteran of Labour", Medal "In Commemoration of the 850th Anniversary of Moscow". He was buried at Troyekurovskoye cemetery.
