Biography of Samwel Grigorjewitsch Kotscharjanz

Samwel Grigorjewitsch Kotscharjanz (* 7. January 1909 in Gavar; † 4. August 1993 in Sarov) was a sowjetischer Kernwaffentechniker. He was 84 years old. His education included Yerevan State University and Moscow Power Engineering Institute. He worked at All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Experimental Physics. He received 9 awards, including Stalin Prize, USSR State Prize. He was buried at Nizhny Novgorod Oblast.
