Sarah Amherst (* 19. July 1762 in London; † 27. May 1838 in London) was a british botanist and artist. She was 75 years old. She was married to William Pitt Amherst, 1. Earl Amherst and Other Windsor, 5th Earl of Plymouth. She had at least 7 children (4 sons and 3 daughters). She was buried at St Mary the Virgin Churchyard.
