Sarah Burke (* 1. January 1694 in Barrie; † 1. January 1763 in Salt Lake City) was a canadian freeskier. She was 69 years old. She was married to Thomas Blakeney. She had at least 2 children (2 sons). Her awards include Canada's Sports Hall of Fame and Ontario Sports Hall of Fame. Her cause of death was heart failure.
