Biography of Saul Wagner

Saul Wagner (* 20. June 1928 in New York City; † 2. August 2016 in Petrozavodsk) was a russian physicist. He was 88 years old. He studied at Faculty of Physics, State University of Saint Petersbourg. He worked at Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology at Petrozavodsk State University. His awards include Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", 2nd class without swords and Honoured Higher education employee of the Russian Federation.
