Saweli Prochorowitsch Loginow (* 1. April 1913 in Տոչնա; † 26. October 1960 in Arkhangelsk) was a politician. He was 47 years old. He studied at Higher Party School at the Central Committee of the CPSU. His faith was atheism. His awards include Order of Lenin, Order of the Patriotic War, 2nd class and Medal "For Labour Valour". He was buried at Vologda Cemetery (Arkhangelsk).
