Biography
Seymour Benzer (* October 15, 1921 in The Bronx; † November 30, 2007 in Pasadena) was an american geneticist. He was 86 years old. His education included Brooklyn College, Purdue University and New Utrecht High School. He received 10 awards, including Howard Taylor Ricketts Prize, Canada Gairdner International Award. His cause of death was stroke.
