Biography of Shabsa Mashkautsan

Shabsa Mashkautsan (* 6. January 1924 in Orhei; † 19. September 2022 in New Haven) was a bessarabian Jewish Hero of the Soviet Union. He was 98 years old. He received 7 awards, including Medal "For the Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945", Order of Lenin.
