Biography of Shigeko Higashikuni

Shigeko Higashikuni (* 6. December 1925 in Akasaka Palace; † 23. July 1961 in Tokyo) was a former Japanese princess. She was 35 years old. She was married to Morihiro Higashikuni. She had at least 1 child (1 son). Her faith was Shinto. She was awarded the Order of the Precious Crown, 1st Class. Her cause of death was stomach cancer. She was buried at Bunkyō-ku.
