Biography of Shmuel N. Eisenstadt

Shmuel Eisenstadt (* 10. September 1923 in Warsaw; † 2. September 2010 in Jerusalem) was an israeli sociologist. He was 86 years old. He had at least 2 children (1 son and 1 daughter). His education included Hebrew University of Jerusalem and University of Chicago. He received 6 awards, including Israel Prize, Holberg International Memorial Prize. He was buried at Har HaMenuchot.
