Biography of Simon Sargissov

Simon Sargissov (* 7. February 1895 in Shusha; † 13. December 1971 in Moscow) was a neurophysiologist, academician of the AMS of the USSR. He was 76 years old. His education included Nersisian School, Lomonosov Moscow State University and Institute of Red Professors. He worked at Institute of the Human Brain. His awards include Order of Lenin, Order of the Red Banner of Labour and Order of the Badge of Honour. He was buried at Vagankovo Cemetery.
