Simon Wilhelm Carpelan (* 12. August 1731 in Raisio; † 4. January 1814 in Iisalmi) was a swedish (later Russian) baron, officer and county governor. He was 82 years old. He was married to Henrica Johanna Carpelan. His awards include Knight of the Order of the Sword and Order of Saint Anna, 1st class.
