Biography of Spiridon Jefimowitsch Bely

Spiridon Jefimowitsch Bely (* 9. December 1912 in Vyselkovsky District; † 1. January 1994 in Novocherkassk). He was 81 years old. He studied at Tbilisi Higher Artillery Command School. His awards include Order of Lenin, Hero of the Soviet Union and Order of the Patriotic War, 1st class.
